This was my first time ordering from Pizza Joint on Eastlake, and I had a great experience! Karen and Fernie were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making the whole process easy from start to finish. They provided excellent customer service and made me feel like a valued customer. The wings were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I’ll definitely be coming back. Came back into this establishment with high hopes of it having the good vibes and even cooler staff, I wasn't disappointed the place was super clean and the employees there passed the vibe check. I ordered the vegan pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. The Spliffs were so Soft and seasoned to perfection, I also ordered some joints and they got demolished. Huge thank you for this place and all they do, continue serving out the amazing food! Fernie I appreciate the help and Kyle thank you!

I placed an order earlier today (4/19 @11 am) and had a really disappointing experience. The first pizza came out burned, so I asked if they could remake it. The manager agreed, but the interaction was unnecessarily rude. When I tried to hand back the burned pizza, he said, “I don’t want that you already touched it.” As I was leaving, I heard him say, “Now he has two pizzas,” as if he was doing me a favor. Honestly, I wasn’t trying to get anything extra I just wanted a properly made pizza. The replacement wasn’t much better either, which made the whole situation even more frustrating. The place wasn’t busy, so there’s really no excuse for both the poor food quality and the attitude. I would never recommend this place. The Jefferey pizza we ordered on same ticket was also raw and tasted horrible. I should have left the burned pizza at the restaurant, but glad I got the opportunity to show them that burned nasty pizza belongs in the trash not with customers. I see the same comments of bad service, and it sounds like you haven't learned your lesson on letting go of bad managers.

Oh my gosh! Why do people lie on reviews! We trust these reviews and then go and spend our hard earned money on TRASH! I ordered a large half cheese, half pepperoni and pineapple. I got half bread and sauce, and the other half bread, size, and pineapple... NO PEPPERONI! It's so sad! Why is it so difficult to get what we ordered! Then, I ordered "joints". Pictures below! Burnt joints! No thanks! $30 wasted! I tried to call to see if my order could be fixed...guy answers the phone "please hold". And leaves me on hold for 10 minutes! So, I wasted my money, my 20 minutes at the restaurant to pick up my pizza, GAS, and another 10 minutes on hold! Ridiculous! People this is a REAL review! DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! so freaking sad!
